The fee for Events is a flat hourly rate for the time spent at the event. It includes post shoot Image Cleanup, Cropping and Preparation of Media. Prints are additional.
 •$50.00 Per hour (One hour minimum)
 •20-30 Images Per Hour
 •Low Resolution Images on CD or Web Gallery for viewing

A non-refundable deposit equal to the first hour's charge is required to reserve a time-slot/date for photographic services. The remaining balance of the photography fee is due upon delivery of the product to the customer.
A mileage fee measured door-to-door, applies to all photo sessions beyond 15 miles from Moving Exposure's Photography's business location in Desoto, Texas.

Moving Exposure retains copyright and reserve the right to reproduce and use selected images for promotional purposes and other advertisement, as well as for professional competition.

Outright ownership of digital negatives is negotiable.
